[Seaside] Install of Seaside v54 fails on Squeak 3.6/KomHttpServer 6.3

SqueakMap install of Seaside fails in a 'vanilla'
Squeak 3.6 image on RedHat linux 9. The failure
message reads

 Error occured during install:
  UndefinedObject>>loadVersionFile:

If anyone could suggest any fixes that would be great.
