[Seaside] VW Seaside problems continue

If I move the namespace AND define an empty SeasidePlatformSupport class
In Seaside then I can make Seaside a pre-requisite for Seaside-WebToolKit
(or Seaside-Swazoo).  Perhaps some documentation in SeasidePlatformSupport
indicating that you need to load a platform support package for those
folks that load Seaside first and get #doesNotUnderstand: exceptions would
be in order.
