I'd take any of the VDS/VPS providers out there. You have your Linux box  
with root access, and costs are constantly falling, currently you can have  
something for $20 per month (and that gives you a whole lot more than just  
a Seaside host - you can have Apache for static images, a database server,  
etcetera).

I have machines with Bytemark (www.bytemark.co.uk) and JVDS  
(www.jvds.com), happy with both of them.
