Coming from largely a Windows background, which Linux distro is the
easiest to setup Squeak on?  For instance, JVDS.com has the following
distros available:

RedHat 7.3, 8.0, and 9.0
Fedora Core 1
Debian
Suse
Gentoo
Slackware
