[Seaside] VW Seaside behind apache problems

I published Seaside-WebToolKit (2.5a5.21.2) as an initial attempt to run 
behind Apache.
Authentication by Seaside is disabled for now when running in this 
configuration, because I do not know
how to configure Apache so that it transfers the credentials through the cgi
(HTTP_AUTHORIZATION environment variable and 
SECURITY_HOLE_PASS_AUTHORIZATION).
