[Seaside] The patch from KKReferenceField's class comment

Hi Avi, all,

I noticed earlier today that the GOODS wiki page that Jason referred to said to install a patch before using the GOODS server with Squeak (at least for any extended period of time).  The patch is described in KKReferenceField's class comment, and is to make GOODS support tagged pointers.

Is this patch still necessary?
