[Seaside] Possible for WADispatcherEditor references to be

Thanks, that did the trick. I noticed that WADispatcherEditor>>clearCaches
is a shortcut for this. I'm assuming that this can only be done when it
the server is "offline"? Also, is it possible that if this is not done
often, a large amount of memory will be taken up?
