I acutally checked the counter and the store expamle if they validate 
against strict.
The only problem I found was that div no longer has an algin attribute. 
You would have to do that with CSS.

Another problem that exists for transitional too is in the store sample 
where you enter the shipping address. Pairs of div and input elements 
happen to have the same value for the id attribute.
