[Seaside] DateComponents tutorial

A marginally useful tutorial on WADateSelector and WAMiniCalendar is now 
available:

I might add WASelectionDateTable to this tutorial if I can find a 
particular use for it.  Seems like it and WAMiniCalendar were mostly for 
SmallBlog but I could be wrong.  As always, comments, feedbac and 
questions are welcome.
