[Seaside] isolate: not working properly

Ok it looks like this isn't an IE bug (for once) but problem with seaside.

1) open store
2) browse
3) add fish
4) checkout
5) proceed checkout
6) hit back button
7) hit back button
8) hit refresh button
9) click some link - you'll be redirected to the same page.

I discovered this because IE automatically refreshes pages when you go
back - to do this I changed the session/key generator to produce
sequential numbers instead of random strings... fun fun fun
