[Seaside] Can't get Mewa example running

I'm having problems getting the Mewa "MWPerson" demo running.

I have installed:

- Squeak3.7-5989 (OSX)
- Kom 6.2
- Seaside2.5b4
- http://kilana.unibe.ch:8888/Mewa/Mewa.Seaside2.5-al.14.mcz

Then:

    http://localhost:8080/seaside/mewa
    Click on "create new person

Gives:

    UndefinedObject(Object)>>doesNotUnderstand: #model:
    MWExample>>addNew
    [] in MWExample>>renderContentOn: {[self addNew]}
    ...

So I'm stuck :-(

Might it be related to an install warning below:

    This package depends on the following classes:
    CTMComponent
    You must resolve these dependencies before you will be able to load
these definitions: 
    MWEditorVisitor

Any help and or pointers appreciated as Mewa looks extremely promising.
I'm especially interested in trying to add  a form-creation wizard front-
end to Mewa (in Seaside of course!).
