[Seaside] ShoreComponents - the next release

There’s new version of ShoreComponents for Seaside 2.6. Main 
improvements are:

- Web tree is now standard ShoreComponent
- new ShoreTabControl component – it’s based on standard 
WASimpleNavigation and Canvas API.
- new ShoreTable component – it’s based on standard WATableReport and 
Canvas API. Two examples included.
- new class ShoreFileProvider. It may allow serving of standard images 
by another source.
- new class ShoreApplication. It may be useful if you need to translate 
expiration handlers etc.

Web browser component and popup window are not available in this version.
