Well, let's be fair. Read the article carefully -- the author is clueless. 
If you can't identify the flaws in the content, check out the discussion at: 
http://www.theserverside.com/news/thread.tss?thread_id=38081 Indeed, it's NO 
SURPRISE Seaside isn't mentioned, considering the author's confusion.
