[Seaside] [VW] Lost halo icons and missing styles

May be this is related but I had to change my mail proxy with the last 
version of OSX because localhost was not working anymore but it worked 
with 127.0.0.1.
I'm using a tunnel using ssh. So may be localhost as alias was "lost" 
in certain case.
So now I only use 127.0.0.1
