[Seaside] [VW] SeasideTesting

I certainly have plans to port this and I made several attempts already. 
However
the port is not straightforward because of its architecture where it 
interacts with
Seaside through Comanche. My attempts so far were based upon an interaction
through HTTP, but it was messy due to redirections. It would probably be 
easier to port
if the interaction was at the Seaside level. It uses Squeak HTTP objects 
which have
a different api. It uses the XML parser which also has a different api. 
Also, it needs
enhancements to Avi's PackageInfo-Exporters that I already submitted.
I cannot progress on this project for now due to other priorities.
