[Seaside] Lastest stable version of Seaside for VisualWorks

Use the version on the cincom VW public store if there is any doubt.  It may not be the absolute current version, but it works.
Ive yet to have any problems with it.

BTW, there are some fixes that Michel published on the list that handle file upload errors.  These should be added to the public store version.
