Comanche

Hi,
Squeak 3.8 has changes for m17n multilinguilization.
By default FileStream class>>concreteStream now returns
MultiByteFileStream instead of the trusty StandardFileStream.
Alas, this does not work with Comanche. If Comanche is set up as a
bog-standard webserver according to the instructions on SqueakMap*, then
opening and image does NOT work.
If however one reverts FileStream class>>concreteStream to return
StandardFileStream all is well.
Any ideas ?
