[Seaside] WACanvas, WABrush, and liveUpdate

If it's not too much trouble - I'd prefer changes like this to be
submitted as an .mcz, maybe committed to the
http://squeaksource.com/Seaside repository.  It makes it easier for me
to keep track of them.
