[Seaside] DuplicateBindingsError

Hello
I sometimes get the folowing error message when I try to access a seaside application:

Internal Error
DuplicateBindingsError: Duplicate bindings have been found for "OrderedCollection" from Seaside

I don't really understand what this is all about . Actually I don't even know how to reproduce this
error message.
Can anybody tell me how I can fix this without having to start a new image?
(I'm using VisualWorks 7.3.1)
