[Seaside] [BUG] 2.6a stream has lost liveUpdate features

Hi Avi,

I am trying to upgrade to the latest 2.6a1 version but have two problems:

1. liveUpdate

The latest 2.6a1-avi.44 archive does not contain the liveUpdate  
enhancements submitted by Danie Roux and myself. This was included in  
2.6a1-avi.39.

Investigation suggests that the 44 archive derives directly from the 40  
archive. This version was based on the 2.6a1-avi.39 archive and not the 39  
version.

i.e.
	44
	43
	42
	41
	40	39
	38	38

2. WideString
-------------
WAKomEncoded >> convertResponse: still refers to MultiString which has  
been replaced in 3.8 with WideString. I realise this has not been fixed  
but it would be nice for us folk who need utf-8 :)
