[Seaside] Beginnings of yet another tutorial

Hello folks.  I put some of the documents that I already had and added
some introductory material and I'm starting to think I have the
beginnings of yet another Seaside tutorial.  So, in the usual Squeak way
I'm posting an incomplete document in hopes of getting comments and
corrections from the community.  Here's the URL:

Clearly many parts are not even started.  I think some of the existing
material might be helpful for a beginner though.  I'll continue to work
on it when I get a minute here and there.  Hopefully the incomplete
sections will gradually fill in over the summer.
