Nothing works when I do this.  I tried http://localhost:9090/ followed
by
nothing
test
config
seaside/config
seaside/test

All I got was "not found"

It's a bit hard to tell what WADispatcher or basePath: do, becauses
there are no comments :(.

I'm on Seaside 2.5; since Avi mentioned I needed a newer one I'll try
upgrading.
