[Seaside] Sciptaculous and StateHolders

Hi

The Scriptaculous Package doesn't seem to work correctly with
StateHolders. The content of a StateHolder seems to be always the
state of the last `full' request, and not the state of the last
request, no matter wheather `full' or `live'.

To illustrate the problem I attached a counter made with
scriptaculous. Hitting '++' will always display 1 because the count
when the request is processed is always 0.
