[Seaside] Wrong URLs with Internet Explorer (again)

Thanks by your interest.

I've talked with Lukas, and seems that my problem was by an older
version of Seaside.

Now installed a new one and seems that the problem is gone, but yet trying.....

If the problem occurs again, I will ask again here.
