[Seaside] Rendering text in ShoreComponents-2.6-pk.9 is 5 times slower than built-in canvases

Hi John,

Thank you for the report. The problem was in ugly and slow conversion of 
String to XHTML. Fixed in
ShoreComponents-2.6-pk.10.
