[Seaside] [ANN] Seaside Installer

I created a package called "Seaside Installer" on SqueakMap. Loading
it will pull-in all the requirements to get a Seaside server running
in a fresh image. This installer could maybe later on replace the
official "Seaside" package on SqueakMap.

The load script is not very sophisticated for now, but it seems to
work well in the 3.8 image I tested. It loads Monticello, Kommanche,
Seaside and Scriptaculous.

Hope this makes you life also much easier ;-)
