[Seaside] VW SeasideTestingBundle update

I published to the Cincom repository an update to the  
SeasideTestingBundle. Issues with VW 7.4 handling of HTTP redirects  
broke SeasideTestingBundle. The update was tested using and works for:

VW 7.3 running Seaside 2.6b1.45.0 and
VW 7.4.1 running Seaside 2.6b1.128.0

Working means that all the supplied tests run. I have not used the  
framework but will be using it on some projects starting this week.

You can also use either the SUnit that ships with VW or SUnitToo.
