[Seaside] registering an application

I've tried to register an application in seaside using this as in David
Shaffer tutorial:

(class method)
initialize
    self registerAsApplication: 'blah'.

but it doesn't appear in the applications list at
http://localhost:9090/seaside/config.

Although evaluating Class registerAsApplication: 'blah' at workspace there
is no problem.

Is there anything else that i have to do?
