[Seaside] [Fix] Seaside-AddToPathPatch

Hi,

I've noticed that WAUrl>>addToPath: could generate bad URL, if the
argument is WideSring.
The attached patch fixes the problem.

I've tested it in Seaside 2.6b1 + Squeak 3.8.
