[Seaside] Loading Seaside from SM, Scriptaculous

You need to load DynamicBindings, KomServices, KomHttpServer from
SqueakMap. Then the latest version of Seaside2 and Scriptaculous from
SqueakSource at <http://www.squeaksource.com/Seaside>.
