[Seaside] Dev toolbar in IE

I'll take a look at it, thanks.  

It really does feel like I've had blinders removed.  I found the show
XMLHttpRequests in the console of FireBug and wow that was great to help me
see what was going on.  That and the DOM model browsing really brighten
everything up!
