[Seaside] l10n

Hi,

I'm trying to write a localized seaside application and have found this thread 
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.smalltalk.squeak.seaside/3006 
suggesting the use of DynamicBindings to setup somehow a 
NaturalLanguageTranslator for a given session to translate a String into the 
current user's language.

While I understand the idea I'm a newbie in Seaside and can't realize how to 
implement this mechanism.

How this should be done?
