[Seaside] Usage of Canvas' #select and #labels

Michel,

Latest SeasideScriptaculous seems to pre-req SeasideBase, which is
either something new and hasn't been published, or just a little bugger
and should be removed from pre-reqs list, I suspect the latter :) One
can ignore the load warning in the meantime.
