That would be a question for Cincom. I imagine they'd have to review
this on a case by case basis. Imagine a YouTube type application.
Certainly you're not selling it and users aren't paying to use it, yet
you can't quite call it non-commercial, can you? In all my previous
dealings with them they've proved to be extremely reasonable and
flexible, so don't hesitate to just get in touch with them for details.
