Well said. That is one of the best ways for us to gain valuable
experience with much less pain than making the mistakes, going far down
the wrong path and having to change much.

I am always happy to learn from others experience, even if I have to
expose my ignorance to do so. :)

We can learn much from the successes and failures of others. It is
foolish to require of ourselves the hard learning by failure if we have
options. Sometimes there is no other option. But let that prove itself.
