[Seaside] Seaside on AWS

I just threw this together in a couple of hours. So, there's no permanent
storage (for example backup to S/3), no dynamic IP, and no HA/scaling
solutions yet.  Heh . . I haven't even bundled as a new AMI yet!  But I can
do.  Let me know, if you're still interested.
