[Seaside] seaside mini image

Hi Mike,

I have no decompiled methods in MethodContext class. Do you have
source file for Squeak 3.9?
But on the other hand I see that messages #freeNamesAndValues and
doItScope has no source code - that this methods were not removed
properly (bad methodDictionary). I will have to check it. Thank you.
