[Seaside] So where is the "release" version of 3.7?

For now, it's:
- Seaside2.7a1-mb.205.mcz
- Scriptaculous-pmm.173.mcz

Maybe we could also add a sub-paragraph (testing-developer section) in 
the squeak download section.
First we could explain the notation used... no alpha, beta, ...
and then, clarifiing a bit the different branch maybe...

So I recap:

1) different prepared images
2) loading the last stable version (Seaside Installer)
3) loading the testing version (Monticello page)

I can give a try if you want...
