[Seaside] Pier runs on the KernelImage

Hi all,

we are able to load Pier into the KernelImage. It needs Magritte and
SmaCC runtime.

I had to change #request:default: method in Magritte because it
doesn't use UIManager now. Lukas, please fix it (see
SeasidePlatformSupport).

Test it, play with it, fix it...

If you want to help me, this are the planned steps:
- SeasideUIManager, web-based console
- Magma
- fix of command line parameters processing
- clean browser and the next development tools
