[Seaside] Regarding anchorWithPopupAction

Dear Seasiders,
I have truncated an old Mail from Seaside List. I have similar issue. I need
a link that opens a new browser window and renders MyComponent.

anchorWithPopupAction: extent: text

doesnot seem to work with Seaside2.7a1-mb.210.mcz
