If you really want it you can get it at:
http://www.squeaksource.com/SeasideExamples/Store-pmm.1.mcz
but it's not industrial strength there's lot's of idioms that you
shouldn't follow. That's one of the reasons why it was removed.

I wasn't aware or this. Can you provide an example that worked earlier
and now doesn't?
