[Seaside] Encoding and forms issue?

Hi there,
 
    I've saw a problem with latin chars in forms fields getting weird after
submit. It's strange because it was working before I've realoaded project
into a fresh image. The rest of the latin chars I've seen (those who come
from squeak to the user agent) renders fine,
 
    I'm using Seaside2.8a1-pmm.476.mcz

PS: I've normally start seaside with:  WAKomEncoded39
