May not be the suggestion you are looking for, but I would recommend you get a pro designer involved who does this stuff for living. It won't only save you money in the long run, it'll save you hours of frustration which could be spent doing something else... :)

I am really struggling to make a css layout that works across browsers. 
In fact I cant see any way of doing it.

I have just been told the following:

JDigital: keithy: get rid of the XML prolog
JDigital: It throws IE out of standards mode

Is this the case?

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated
