[Seaside] Loading Seaside into Squeak.

Hi Tony,

I'm playing with a similar problem and here is what I've done:

Download Squeak3.10.2-7179mac.zip from http://www.squeak.org/Download/

Using Monticello, open http://www.squeaksource.com/KomHttpServer and  
install:
	DynamicBindings-gc.7
	KomServices-gc.19
	KomHttpServer-rjl.43

Then open http://www.squeaksource.com/Seaside and install:
	Seaside2.8a1-pmm.582
	Scriptaculous-lr-244
