[Seaside] WADecoration and subcomponents

It works because I implemented childrenDo: on my Decoration. I did this
since I was trying to mimic the WAComponent behavior in nextPresentersDo: in
order to find something that would work. Now I can remove that and, as you
said, leave only the #decorationChainDo: calls to the subcomponents.
