[Seaside] Copyright symbol

First &copy should be ©  (forgot a semicolon).

But even then.. text: escapes the ampersand so you'll get © on your
page instead of the symbol you want.
You could use html: instead which prints to the page without escaping..

A better solution (in my opinion) would be to just use the unicode
character...
