[Seaside] [SeasideXUL] Application in apprunner vs firefox

Hi Pavel,

Thanks - There are also a few things that work differently when run from 
firefox3 directly (as opposed to using firefox3 -app) that does not appear to 
be security but I have to experiment with it more before asking about it.
