[Seaside] [SeasideXUL] Scrollbars missing in SeasideXULPeriodicTable "Examples" and "Source" tab

Hi,

this is dependent on version of Firefox. Firefox 2 shows scrollbars
well but Firefox 3 not. The original XUL Periodic table
(http://www.hevanet.com/acorbin/xul/top.xul) uses iframes so it
doesn't have this problem. I suppose that it is the Firefox3 XUL
rendering bug (it is not the only one).
