[Seaside] [SeasideXUL] Scrollbars missing in SeasideXULPeriodicTable "Examples" and "Source" tab

Hi Pavel,

You are right. I noticed the missing scrollbars earlier, later the problem 
went away, but in hindsight I am using Firefox2 and 3-beta on different 
systems, and the behaviour corresponds to Firefox version.
