[Seaside] WAFileUploadTag, large uploads, and crashes

Ten of megabytes would be about right.  It seems like uploading a 20MB file 
consumes a couple of hundred megabytes of Smalltalk memory.  I wonder if it 
is Web Toolkit to blame, or Seaside.
